Dr. Uterus is a fully digital platform. We do not sell or dispatch physical goods. This policy governs the delivery of all digital products and services purchased on druterus.com.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All products and services sold on druterus.com are digital in nature, including:
- Online video courses
- Written health protocols and consultation documents
- Digital certificates of completion
- Health assessment reports
No physical goods are shipped. No shipping fees apply to any purchase.
2. Course Access
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address
- Course access is activated immediately upon payment confirmation
- Log in to your dashboard at druterus.com/dashboard to access purchased courses
- If you do not receive your confirmation email within 1 hour, check your spam folder or contact Contact@druterus.com
3. Consultation Protocol Delivery
- Following your telehealth consultation, a personalised written health protocol will be delivered to your registered email address within 24–48 hours (only if and wherever needed)
- If you do not receive your protocol within 48 hours of your consultation, contact Contact@druterus.com immediately (only if and wherever needed)
- Protocols are delivered as PDF documents
4. Delivery Delays
In rare circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to technical issues, payment verification delays, or high consultation volume. We will notify you promptly and resolve any delivery issue within one business day.
5. International Access
Our digital products and consultations are accessible globally. There are no geographic restrictions on accessing purchased courses or attending telehealth consultations. All content is delivered in English.
6. Lifetime Access
All purchased courses include lifetime access. This means:
- You can access course content at any time, on any device
- Course materials updated after your purchase are included at no additional cost
- Lifetime access is tied to your registered account and is non-transferable
In the unlikely event that druterus.com ceases operations, we will provide at least 60 days' notice and offer all course purchasers a downloadable copy of their course materials.
7. Technical Requirements
To access our digital content you will need: A stable internet connection, a modern web browser, and an active account on druterus.com. We are not responsible for access issues arising from your device.
